Pastor Michelle Moore
Elder Moore is a native of Cleveland, Ohio. She was ordained to the Gospel Ministry in December, 1991 by the Presiding Bishop of an International Reformation. Just three years later (1994), the Bishop appointed her to serve as Assistant Pastor at The Headquarters Church. In this capacity she supervised Personnel Management, Temple Auxiliaries and Ministerial Development (totaling more than 80 staff under her leadership). One of her exceptional characteristics is the spirit of Excellence in Administration coupled with the desire to see the same throughout the body of Christ in this 21st century.
Elder Michelle has the heart of a servant, the love of an intercessor, and the servitude of an armor bearer. Her overwhelming desire to see the Lord’s people experience His fullness causes her primary ministry focus to be that of “Praise and Worship,” “Ministry of Helps,” and “Ministry to Hurting Women.”
Educated at Dyke Business College, she was employed for over 21 years by one of the largest big-six accounting firms in these United States, prior to serving in full-time ministry. Past private and public sector positions recognized her strong administrative knowledge, leadership skills, and mastery of personnel systems.
Pastor has served as an instructor in Cathedral Bible Institute, a School of Theology, and an instructor in WEMA, a mentoring alliance for women in Ministry.
With her husband, the Reverend Dr. R. Josef Moore, II, she serves as Pastor of a Christ-centered, Full Gospel, Spirit-filled, and Multicultural Ministry congregation, Cathedral Worship Center, situated along the shores of Lake Erie.
